Option to rent a robot
When considering the introduction of robots, the biggest barrier in many cases is that ``you can't buy an expensive machine without knowing the effects.'' Rentals reverse this order. You can put it on site first, see the reaction, and then make a decision.
There is no reason to purchase it in the first place, especially if it is used for a fixed period of time such as an event or exhibition. You only need to make arrangements for a few days, including before and after the exhibition. Even if you are considering permanently installing a device at a store or facility, it is better to first rent it for a short period of time to see how customers react to it, and then decide on the number and model of the device, which will reduce the risk of failure.
It is important to note that simply renting an robot will not make it work. When renting the EmplifAI, in addition to arranging the robot, you can also consult with us about the day's operation, development of production content, and arrangement of operating staff. Just placing a robot there will not attract people; the design of what the robot will do will determine the outcome.

- We will propose an robot that suits your purpose and the necessary production and operation system. We will also provide you with a quote.

- Check in advance the power supply, network, floor surface, delivery route, installation space, and safety measures.
- 04 Preparation for performance and movement
- We plan the day's movements, what will be said, and how staff will interact. Rehearse in advance if necessary.

- We handle everything from delivery and setup to operation and removal. You can also consult with us about remote control or arranging local staff.
- 06 Reflection
- We will organize the reactions and issues and use them as a basis for making decisions about next improvements and permanent installations.
Concept of rental fee
Prices are determined by the robot, period of use, location, and scope of required operational support. Pricing plans for each robot are listed on each page; for example, Unitree G1 has a daily plan.
In addition to the cost of the robot, there will be additional costs such as transportation costs, personnel for setup and teardown, and development costs for production and dialogue. We will provide individual estimates for distant venues, long-term installation, and operation with multiple units.

Frequently asked questions
From what date can I rent it?
The shortest period varies depending on the robot. Some robot also offer daily plans, allowing short-term arrangements to be made to suit the timing of your event. Please consider not only the exhibition period but also the set-up date, as time will be required for loading and unloading.
Is it okay if there is no staff who can operate it?
yes. We can accept requests including operations on the day. We can also consult with you about remote control operations or arranging local staff. If your staff will be operating the system, we will explain how to use it in advance.
Can you accommodate local venues?
We are compatible. Since transportation and personnel arrangements will be required, we will provide an individual quote if the location is far away. Once the schedule is decided, it will be easier to arrange it if you contact us as soon as possible.
Do you have the necessary preparations for the venue?
Requires power source for charging. A network environment is also required when using remote control and interactive functions. Please check in advance the condition of the floor, the delivery route, installation space, and how to maintain distance from visitors.
Can I create a look that matches the character?
With OpenShell, which we developed in-house, you can consult with us about adjusting the appearance, voice, and dialogue. Other companies' robot may also be customizable within the scope of decoration and display content. Please let us know the details of your plan.
Can I purchase it after renting it?
It's possible. Some customers rent the system first to see its effectiveness, and then proceed to purchase or install it permanently. You can also consult with us regarding robot selection at the time of purchase, as well as development and operational support after installation.
