Participation rights (electronic tickets) for online/offline events (seminars, lectures, demos, workshops, etc.).
*Event details (date and time, venue, distribution method, viewing requirements, etc.) will be listed on each event page.

Customers are responsible for the communication costs associated with Internet connection and the costs of devices, software, etc. necessary for viewing.

Compliant with Peatix payment methods (credit card, etc.).

Payment will be made immediately upon application (according to the terms and conditions of each payment provider).

After payment is completed, the electronic ticket will be displayed on Peatix's "My Tickets".
The viewing URL for online streaming will be sent to you via Peatix email or message function from the day before the event to the day of the event.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after purchase.
However, in the event of cancellation or schedule change due to organizer's circumstances, we will either reschedule or refund (details follow the policy on each event page).
*Cooling-off system does not apply to electronic tickets and digital content.

Cancellations and refunds cannot be made midway through the event.
When viewing online, please check the operating environment by yourself in advance. We are unable to provide refunds due to individual environmental factors that prevent viewing.

Stable internet connection, PC or smartphone, and latest browser (Chrome/Edge/Safari, etc.).

Sales will end as soon as the capacity is reached. The application expiration date is based on the sales deadline of each ticket.

Electronic tickets cannot be reissued. Resale or transfer is prohibited.
