We grasped the handle of a hypothetical transport case with a body size of 30 x 20 x 20 cm and a total weight of 10 kg, and verified the process of transporting it on wheels for approximately 1.2 m, placing it on a stand, and then releasing it. This is a physical simulation that corrects the center of gravity and contact settings of the public CAD model, and does not guarantee the load capacity of the robot.
RealMan RMC-AIDAL: 10 kg case transport with both arms
We verified the operation of holding a hypothetical transport case with a body size of 30 x 40 x 20 cm and a total weight of 10 kg with both hands using the left and right handles, transporting it approximately 1.2 m, and placing it on a stand. During transportation, contact between the left and right hands and load sharing are recorded. This is a physical simulation that corrects the center of gravity and contact settings of the public CAD model, and does not guarantee the load capacity of the robot.

What is Realman Robotics RMC-AIDAL?
Dual-armed humanoid × Mobile AMR
Since the upper body has a humanoid structure with dual arms and the lower body has an autonomous driving module (AMR), it is possible to unify work with the arms and transport, and it is possible to perform "transport + operation" in one without integrating multiple devices.
5kg in one arm (peak 9kg) up to 18kg in both arms
Each arm has a rated payload of 5kg (9kg peak) and a reach of approximately 610mm. Since it can handle up to 18 kg with both arms working together, it can even move on heavy sites such as parts trays, workpieces with jigs, and boxes.
High uptime/durability

Regarding price fluctuations and early consultation discounts depending on the consultation period
If you make a request just before the rental start date, the fee will be higher than usual as it will require urgent arrangement, advance inspection, transportation and staff priority coordination of robot.
On the other hand, if you contact us as soon as you know your schedule and plans, we will consider discounts because we can make planned arrangements. Even if the details of robot and the performance are not yet finalized, please contact us as soon as possible.

By combining the robot body and operating staff, we support exhibitions, photo shoots, corporate events, and robot demonstrations. We will confirm the desired robot type, schedule, venue, and operation details, and inform you if the robot and staff can be arranged.
We will agree in advance on the scope of delivery, setup confirmation, basic operations, and takedown, as well as the division of roles for venue management and visitor guidance. Development of unique movements, continuous operation, and verification of practical tasks will be discussed separately. Please contact us for prices.
