OpenShell (facial expression head + dual arms, in-house developed machine)

Unitree G1 operational design to "stop people's feet and turn them into business cards" at exhibitions
Exhibition booths all have similar structures, with visitors walking past panels, monitors, and staff in a matter of seconds. Booths with moving humanoids such as the Unitree G1 on the aisle side give off a distinct visual appeal, and as passersby stop and point their smartphone cameras at them, a crowd of people instantly forms.
However, even if you rent only the robot and place it at the booth, it will not go around the site. Exhibition halls are subject to unique constraints such as free Wi-Fi radio wave interference, punch carpet floor resistance, ambient noise, and battery operating time. EmplifAI will be accompanied by engineers and operation staff who are familiar with the robot control and structure of Unitree G1, and will operate stably according to a reasonable timetable that matches the venue conditions.
What is even more important is the flow of the gathered audience to "obtain business cards and business negotiations." - At exhibition venues such as Tokyo Big Sight and Makuhari Messe, the 2.4GHz band/shared Wi-Fi is heavily congested. Design with wired LAN connection, local network configuration, or offline operation and local LLM interaction without communication.
- 03 Power capacity and charging plan

Frequently asked questions
Can I place a humanoid in a small booth (3m x 3m)?
Yes, we have a track record of installing small humanoids such as Unitree G1 and Unitree R1 even in one-booth booths. We will propose a layout that takes into account visibility from the aisle, safe distance around robot (partition placement), and space for visitors to stop, so please let us know the booth plan and size.
How much does it cost in total to rent it for a 3-day exhibition?
In the case of Unitree G1, a static display plan without the power turned on starts from 200,000 yen per day (excluding tax and separate transportation costs), and an event demonstration plan that includes on-the-day operation by our staff and transportation costs within Tokyo's 23 wards starts from 400,000 yen per day (excluding tax), and we will quote with discounts for multi-day usage. Please note that if you make a request just before the rental start date, it will be an emergency arrangement and the fee will be higher, but we can consider discounts if you contact us early in advance. Transportation and business travel costs for distant venues, as well as advance development of unique motions and dialogue, will be charged separately.
Is it okay if there is no staff in the company who can operate the robot on the day?
No problem. For event demonstration plans and robot rentals with operators, our staff who are familiar with the actual machines will accompany you to the venue and will be responsible for confirming delivery, starting up, demonstrating operation, charging management, and dismantling. Your staff can focus on talking to visitors who stopped by, acquiring business cards, and negotiating business.
Will the robot move even if there is no Wi-Fi connection at the exhibition venue?
It moves. In large exhibition halls, communication interruptions occur frequently due to wireless congestion, so we operate without relying on venue Wi-Fi by using basic motions such as walking and dancing, wired connections, and local network configurations. In addition, with the in-house developed machine OpenShell, it is possible to conduct a dialogue demonstration using local LLM + speech synthesis that operates without an Internet connection.
Can you let the robot hold your company's products or create original PR movements?
It's possible. However, depending on the shape, weight, and surface material of the object, it may not be possible to grasp it with your hand, or there may be some movements that are difficult to reproduce in the venue environment. We do not make guarantees simply based on general catalog specifications; instead, we ask you to send sample products to our laboratory in Yushima, Tokyo in advance, verify gripping and operation with the robot, and then introduce the established effects into production.
Can you also accommodate venues other than Tokyo Big Sight (Makuhari Messe, Pacifico Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya, etc.)?
