If you make a request just before the rental start date, the fee will be higher than usual as it will require urgent arrangement, advance inspection, transportation and staff priority coordination of robot.
On the other hand, if you contact us as soon as you know your schedule and plans, we will consider discounts because we can make planned arrangements. Even if the details of robot and the performance are not yet finalized, please contact us as soon as possible.

By combining the robot body and operating staff, we support exhibitions, photo shoots, corporate events, and robot demonstrations. We will confirm the desired robot type, schedule, venue, and operation details, and inform you if the robot and staff can be arranged.
We will agree in advance on the scope of delivery, setup confirmation, basic operations, and takedown, as well as the division of roles for venue management and visitor guidance. Alongside short-term rental, contact us about long-term use or leasing. We review your preferred model, quantity, duration and use case, then advise on availability and contract terms.
Rental and leasing differ in contract duration, maintenance and early termination conditions. Leasing is not guaranteed for every device; availability depends on the equipment and agreed terms.

How many days in advance should I consult?
Please contact us as soon as possible as we need to confirm the venue conditions and prepare for the performance. If the rental is made just before the rental start date, it will be an emergency arrangement and the price will be higher, but we can consider discounts if you contact us early in advance. You may contact us once you have decided on the date.
Do I need to prepare operating staff here?
Not necessary. We can accept requests including operations on the day. If your staff will be operating the system, we will explain how to use it in advance.
Can you also handle local events?
We are compatible. If you are located far away, we will provide you with an individual quote as we will need to arrange transportation and personnel.
Can it be used at outdoor events?
Depends on the robot and weather conditions. There are restrictions on operation in rainy weather or on uneven terrain, so we will ask you about the venue conditions and then suggest usable robot and operation methods.
What kind of performances can you perform?
It combines voice conversation, screen display, gestures, movement, shooting support, etc. We will listen to your plans and make suggestions to the extent possible.
