If you make a request just before the rental start date, the fee will be higher than usual as it will require urgent arrangement, advance inspection, transportation and staff priority coordination of robot.
On the other hand, if you contact us as soon as you know your schedule and plans, we will consider discounts because we can make planned arrangements. Even if the details of robot and the performance are not yet finalized, please contact us as soon as possible.

By combining the robot body and operating staff, we support exhibitions, photo shoots, corporate events, and robot demonstrations. We will confirm the desired robot type, schedule, venue, and operation details, and inform you if the robot and staff can be arranged.
We will agree in advance on the scope of delivery, setup confirmation, basic operations, and takedown, as well as the division of roles for venue management and visitor guidance. Development of unique movements, continuous operation, and verification of practical tasks will be discussed separately. Please contact us for prices.
Rental, Long-Term Use and Leasing Enquiries
Alongside short-term rental, contact us about long-term use or leasing. We review your preferred model, quantity, duration and use case, then advise on availability and contract terms.
Rental and leasing differ in contract duration, maintenance and early termination conditions. Leasing is not guaranteed for every device; availability depends on the equipment and agreed terms.
Frequently asked questions
Can we commission you without owning a G1?
Yes. We can arrange one together with the rental. There is a plan for bookings that involve a live performance, so please also see the Unitree G1 rental service page.
How far in advance should I consult?
We recommend that you contact us once you have decided on the venue and date. It takes time to design the program, make adjustments using the robot, and rehearse. Arrangement costs will be higher if the rental start date or right before the actual event, but if you contact us early in advance, we can consider discounts. If the date is approaching, we will let you know the scope of what can be achieved before making a decision.
Can it dance to a track we choose?
We build the performance around the length and tempo of the track. The faster the tempo, though, the tighter the constraints on movement, so we may propose narrowing it to the moments that land. Please confirm music licensing on the organiser's side.
Can it run at an outdoor festival?
It depends on the conditions at the venue. We check the material and state of the ground, its slope, the weather, power and connectivity in advance. Outdoors is more exposed to the surface and the weather, so we may ask for a stage to be provided, or discuss adjusting the performance.
Is there a risk of it falling over?
As long as it walks on two legs, the chance of a fall cannot be brought to zero. So we design within movements that do not strain it, confirm them repeatedly beforehand, and have staff present on the day. Distance from the audience and control of access are agreed with the organiser in advance.
