WHY

Hotel load is unevenly distributed depending on the time of day.

Hotel shortages are concentrated at certain times of the day rather than throughout the day. In the evening when check-ins overlap, at breakfast time, and late at night when it is difficult to leave people behind. It is not realistic to increase the number of people to accommodate this bias.

Robots are suitable for use that bridges this bias. During busy times, they will take on some of the guidance and reception duties, and during late hours, they will be the primary caretaker and first responder. Rather than replacing people, they will be positioned to support people when they are short on time.

Another thing that is effective is inbound support. We can stably provide guidance in multiple languages, reducing the language burden on staff. Guests will also have someone they can talk to as many times as they like without hesitation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I move around the building autonomously?

Supports autonomous movement with 3D LiDAR option. However, in environments where guests come and go, operational design is conducted after confirming travel routes, stopping positions, and conditions for remote intervention through on-site demonstrations. You also have the option of starting with a fixed arrangement.

Can it be operated unattended late at night?

Although patrolling and primary response is possible, we recommend that situations where judgment is required be transferred to remote staff. Rather than completely unmanned, guest satisfaction will be more stable if there is a system where people can pick up the property.

Can you speak any languages?

Multilingual support for both audio and screen display. If you let us know the language you would like to support and the content of the guidance, we will suggest a structure.

Can it work with elevators?

It depends on the equipment specifications of the facility. It is necessary to confirm in advance whether or not it can be connected to existing equipment. If collaboration is difficult, we will propose a design that assumes floor-by-floor operation or human assistance.

Can I rent only during the busy season?

It's possible. We offer short-term rentals for peak seasons and specific event periods. Some facilities try it out for a limited time first and then decide to install it permanently based on the results.
