On September 3, 2026, CJ Logistics announced that it has launched two dual-armed humanoid machines into the actual packaging process at the Yangji Olive Young logistics center in Yongin, South Korea. The robot fills the box with bubble wrap, then a worker fills and delivers the customer's order.
This is an example of progressing from on-site demonstration in 2025 to an operational process that handles actual customer logistics. CJ Logistics has indicated a policy of using work data accumulated during operation to retrain AI to improve accuracy and ability to respond to situations.
We are collaborating with ROBOTIS on the hardware, AIDIN ROBOTICS on the robot hand, and RLWRLD on the robot base model. Since the product model number of the robot is not specified in the article, it is not treated as an implementation record of the standard specification AI Worker FFW-SG2 itself.
