Announcement regarding selection of domestic general-purpose robot development competition

Selected for development competition held as part of NEDO commissioned project

EmplifAI Inc. (headquartered in Bunkyo, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroyuki Osone) has been selected as the lead company of a consortium of multiple businesses for the Domestic General-Purpose Robot Development Competition. The competition is part of the NEDO-commissioned project for strengthening post-5G information and communication system infrastructure, specifically the development of a data platform for generative AI foundation models in robotics.

By leveraging our knowledge of technological development related to robotics and AI and participating in this competition, we will contribute to the development and social implementation of domestically produced general-purpose robots.

Additionally, in order to accelerate future development, we are considering a wide range of collaborations with development partners and component suppliers.
We welcome inquiries from companies and organizations with whom we can collaborate in various areas such as robot mechanisms, drive parts, control boards, sensors, electrical equipment, manufacturing, evaluation, and mass production support.
